Political circles learn that the next Near East conference will probably be held at Paris, with M. Poincare presiding.—(A. and N..) TURKS ANXIOUS FOR PEACE. Constantinople, March 13. The released airmen have arrived They state that when they descended behind the lines they were immediately surrounded by friendly villagers. They were never ill treated throughout their stay. The Turkish troops were badly clothed but well fed. They were sick nf waiting and wanted peace.—(Reuter.)
