f ' RUGBY - , THE ROVERS REVIVED. — r The old Rovers Football Club was J* revived in Hastings last night, when I- Mr. R. M. Hewitt presided over a j. meeting of some sixty players and I enthusiasts. The following officers I were elected:—Patron. Mr. H. M. Campbell; president, Mr. W. O’Neill; i vice-presidents, Messrs. G. McKay, P M.P., T. H. Lowry, M. E. Wood, R. M. Hewitt. L.. Moss, L. Bowen, R. I? Gooseman, J. Le Seur, W. Hood and H. J. Riddell; secretary, Mr. A. J. H Russell; treasurer. Mr. W. White; r club captain, Mr. L. Fisher. A general discussion regarding the if activities of the club during the enw suing season brought the proceedings to to a close.
