ALLEGED THEFT.
MAN AND WOMAN CHARGED. Auckland, Jan. 6. * In the Police Courts Jane Andrews was charged with the theft of £350, and Iso of diamond rings and clothing valued at £350, the property of her husband, Frederick John Andrews, of Annandale, New South Wales, and Claude Kane . Smith was charged with the theft of a horse, harness and a sulky, tho property of the husband. Both accused were remanded on bail in £5OO each.
