THE ROBERTSON ORR CASE.
Wellington. September 27. The charges against the Rev Robertson Orr were called in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. The Rev. Orr did not ; appear. His counsel (Mr. Alazengarb) said Mr. Orr was unable to appear, ( and drew attention to the medical certificate that it would be at least three months before he would be fit to appear. -Mr. Jellicoe’s request to examino the doctor on the certificate i was refused. The case was further adjourned for one week.
