MERINOS IN KEEN DEMAND. (Received 27, 11.25 a.m.) Melbourne, Sept. 27. Best merinos were 10 per cent higher than the July sales, at the first of the new season’s offerings; others 10 to 15 per cent higher, Bradford and Continental buyers operating briskly.— (A. and N.Z.)
