William John Boosuit, proprietor of the Strasburg clock exhibition, was charged at Wellington to-day with a breach of the amusement tax provisions by failing to admit by ticket and failing to return butts to the Commissioner of Taxes, and was fined £lO and costs. —(Press Association.)
