NAPIER POLICE COURT.

A short sitting of the Napier Court was held this morning presided over by Mr. John W. Findlay J.P. J. Hamlin. J. McCormick. L. A. Rogers, A. W. Ward, (barged with using motor cars without a light, were each convicted and fined £1 and costs. Janies J. O’Rourke, for permitting two horses to wander in Munroe street, was convicted aiid fined 10/ and costs. Thomas N. Tanner, charged with using a motor cycle without a front number attached, was convicted and fined 2H and costs. The case of May D»ll v. Allen Thompson affiliation order, was adjourned to October 2.
