Senior. —Enda Wpods, Lillian Hutton, Sidney Stokes, Marjory Butterfield, Frank Vidal, Dorothy Kirkham, Hazel Chcllew, Eva Colbert, Irene Williamson. Intermediate. — Turiroa Prentice (honours), Donald Wood (honours), Dorothy Nolan, Marie Smith, Annie Cooper, Olive McCrec, Ethel Cossan, Jessie Rossiter. Junior.—Herbert Harper (honours), Neila McLeod (honours), Molly Barry, Wyra Buchanan, Doris McArthur, Rosiua Findlay, Elsie Cheer, Lillian Cook, Doreen Hutchinson, Marjorie Marshall, Marjorie Flanders. Preparatory. — Margaret McLeod (honours), Dorothy Woodhouse, Rhoda Kniight, Olive Fish, Shelia First Steps.—Dorothy Holder, Olivo Carter. The above candidates were pupils of the following:—Mr R. L. Ryan, Mr Parker, Mrs Lehmann, Mr F. Madigan, Miss Hobin, Miss Scott, Mr C. Roy Spackman, Miss D. Taggart, Miss S. G. Hodgson, Signor Truda, Miss McGrath, Miss Ivy Davis, Mrs K. Golds and Miss Hilda Stephenson. Miss Rose Briasco, of Napier ,passed her Fellowship musical examination this week, and is now entitled to the letters A.T.C.L., L.T.C.L., L.A.8., F.T.C.L. In his remarks the examiner said:—“This candidate poMesaes quite the artistic temperament and played the programme with great taste, finish and skill, making a great deal of the many nuances, in which the pieces abound, which is so necessary in an artistic rendering, more particularly in the Beethoven and Greig items. The Mephipto waltz, played from memory, was a perfect performance. She deserves every congratulation.”
