ESTATE OF PETER PANAPU. Peter Panapu in his personal statement says: I am a native living in Ruahapia road near Hastings and am a labourer and do shearing and harvesting work in the season. At the present, time 1 am out of work and have been so for the past three months and am a married man with one young child. 1 have no assets whatever and have no offer to make to any creditors. The immediate cause of my filing is that a committal order has been made against me for nonpayment of a judgment debit and as f have no immediate prospect whatever of paying 1 have been compelled to file.
