FEDERAL MINERS GO-SLOW.
WANT A DEPUTY DISMISSED. (Received 22. 1.25 p.m.) Sydney, Sept. 22. Federal and State coalminers in the northern fields have introduced a day’s darg objection, reducing the output 25 to 35 peff cent. It is understood the miners’ action is based on the refusal of the owners to dismiss or disrate the deputy and two shot-firers at West Wallsend colliery.—(A. and N.Z.)
