BANKRUPTCY.
GARAGE MAN’S FAILURE. A meeting of creditors in the bankrupt estate of Frank Brewer, motor garage proprietor, was held in the office of the D.O.A. (Mr. Robert Bishop) in Napier this morning. I The deficiency is estimated at £l5O 18/-. Bankrupt attributed his bankruptcy to expense Oil bis taxi, and loss on a garage at Petane. The ear was sold about two years ago. His tools were worth very little. > Mr. \\ il’is moved that the assignee call for tenders for tho buildings in Petane.
