MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE.
SEQUEL TO MOTOR SMASH, j Christchurch, Oct. 12. I Donald Scott was charged with man- ; slaughter at the Magistrate’s Court • to-day, the case arising out of a collision between a motor car and a bicycle in which the cyclist, James Abraham, received fatal injuries. Scott was remanded till Friday. Bail was allowed.
