MR. SAM GOMPERS’ ADVICE. New York Aug. 15. Mr. Samuel Gompers, president of the American Federation of Labour, addressing the International Convention of Railwaymen and Carmon at Toronto, said: “The world is divided into two classes—employers and employees.
