ORGY OF SPECULATION. CRASH PREDICTED. Berlin, Aug. 15. All classes are participating in a Stock Exchange gambling mania, partly due to the decline in the mark abroad through the Government’s heavy buying and the expectation that new taxation will send prices sky high.
