(Received 12, 9.25 a.m.) New York, July 11. The America Cup races wil be held as follows First, on 15th. July; second on 17th. July, and third on 20th. July.

The Resolute and Shamrock IV. are both being measured for the purpose ot determining what time allowance shall be made for a smaller vessel. It is unofficially estimated that the Resolute will obtain six and a-half minutes allowance.
