SUPREME COURT.
DUNEDIN SENTENCES. Dunedin, May 12. The following sentences were passed at the Supreme Court to-day: — Frederick George Smith and John Alexander Metcalfe, theft, admitted to probation for three years, each to pay £3 12/- towards the cost of the prosecution ; Wymer Clive Humphreys, attempted bigamy, six months ; Thomas Harvey Hotton, forgery, uttering and theft, admitted to probation for two years and ordered to pay costs of the prosecution and make restitution of £l5 to the Post Office at once; John William Quan, theft, three months.
