SURRENDERED GERMAN CRUISER. JUST SAVED FROM SINKING. Paris, May 11. The German cruiser Thuriugen. allotted to France, has arrived at .Cherbourg. When the German crew had landed it was noticed that the 'ihunngen was sinking. A salvage corps with powerful pumps managed to keep her afloat pending dry docking.— (A. and N.Z.)
