[TO THZ EDITOR.I Sir. - Your correspondent who has hatched u,> a scrap of dog Latin behind which to hide his identity, seems in a bad way. He has nothing to say about the subject of my few sentences. His cognomen smells like the thick atmosphere which hovers around the absurdly high prices of drapery. But I am puzzled to know why he should to the expense of a trip within two miles of Syd ncy w hen he could just, a» easily fall into the Hastings sewer.
