NATIONALISTS’ ATTITUDE IMPROVES. (Received 5, 9.55.) Cairo, Jan. 3. The Nationalists are displaying a greater disposition to co-operate with the Milner Commission since the issue of the manifesto. The New Year festivities were not attended by disturbances. —(A. and N.Z.)
