London, July 5. The German High Command at Cologne has been dissolved. Hindenburg was enthusiastically farewelled. EXODUS OF GERMANS. (Received 7, 1.45 p.tn.) ' Zurich, July 6. Seventy thousand Germans desiring to emigrate to Switzerland have applied to the Swiss legation in Berlin for passports.
