Tin* New York ‘ Tunes’ ’ M as<iington correspondent states that <>:- firial despatches say that the Japanese military commander in tn-Trans-Baikalia protested to the Chinese Government against tin’ movement of Chinese troops to the Mongolian border as being a violation of the Chino-Japanese agreement.
The Chinese Government rephed that troops were sent to the Mongolian border mer«dy to prevent tbs* or.b-rs in the main districts.
