RE-ARRANGEMENT OF PORTFOLIOS. Wellington, May 4. A. temporary re-arrangement of the Cabinet is announced owing to the Hon. W. D, S. Macdonald’s absence from the Dominion on important Government business. The Hon. A. M. Myers becomes acting PostmasterGeneral, Minister in charge of Imperial Supplies, Government Life Insurance, Industries and Commerce, and State Coal, and President of the Board of Trade. The Hon. J. A. Hanan takes the portfolios of Tourist and Health Resorts and State Fire Inrurance. The Hon. W. H. Berries takes Agriculture, and the Hon. W, Fraser, Mines. ,
