A WOMAN’S SUICIDE. Auckland, May 3. A married woman named Lily Rose Coppins, .of Otahuhu, was found drowned in the Tamaki river, near Panmure, to-day. Deceased was 44 and left home on Wednesday week, leaving a note that she intended to commit suicide. At the inquest a verdict of suicide was returned. MOTOR. FATALITY. Christchurch, May 4. Alexander Craighead, a married farmer aged 35, of Spatswood. Chevict. was killed at Waikukn last night through a- motor car swerving as the result of a tyre bursting.
