I PER PRESS KSSOCI »T|!W ‘ j Woodville, Feb. 5. ) There was a sitting of the Appeal • Board to-day, Mi-. Poynton, S.M., being chairman. The five brothers Macintosh, Tepapakuku, contractors, had their appeals dismissed. Frederick is unfit, George and William were given until March sth, Samuel and John till April 30th. , The appeal of John Hodgson, Dannevirke, was withdrawn. A month was granted to Albert Collett, Richard Bartlett, Frederick Palmer, Dannevirke : Bernard Hooper, Jas. MacFarlane, William Brotherston, Woodville. Richard O’Neil and Patrick Martin, Hopelands, were given till April 30th, Wm. Swiggs, Matamau, to April 2nd. The appeal of Egbert Hall, Wood-i ville, was adjourned. William Pollock, Kiritaki, and Herbert Turner, Dannevirke, were! unfit. I The Medical Board is also sitting to attest fifty men of the last ballot. :
