BOXER DARCY MISSING.
EVASION OF MILITARY SERVICE. (Received 17, 12.50 p.m.) Sydney, Nov. 17. Recently on the eve of his attaining military age, the. boxer Darcydisappeared, and has since been missing. Yesterday amongst the luggage of a p- ssenger departing by the American steamer two letters were found addressed to Darcy*, one bearing the pencilled signature of a v,-ell-known Sydney sportsman. The passenger and luggage were taken ashore, and proceeding are to be taken against him under the War Precautions Act.
