A wireless service has been inaugurated by the United States to Japan with a relay at Honolulu. The “New York World” says Vitrcount Grey’s charge of non-suppres-sion of breaches of neutrality so glaringly conflicts with facts that it amounts to a deliberate affront. [Replying to the American note protesting against the black list as an arbitrary interference with neutral trade, Viscount Grey said that it was notorious that many firms in neutral countries had been active agents for German espionage and spreading German propaganda. They had supplied German cruisers and organised and paid miscreant# to destroy the ships and factories, which have been supplying the Allies.]
