The “ Observer’s ” Athens correspondent states that the improved relations are due to the Greek Government’s assurances that it recognises the Salonika movement is solely antiBulgarian in its aim. The Government also understand that the Allies will regard any attempt to hinder the movement as a breach of faith, and has hence agreed not to place any obstacle in the way of reinforcing the Greek force at Salonika.
