LEGALITY OF ORDER UNDER TEST.
Wellington, Oct. 27. The hearing has conjmenced ' before the Full Court of the case brought by the Taratoki Dairy Company and the Mangorei Co-oper-ative Dairy Company against the Attorney-General to test the validity of the Ordtr-in-Council prohibiting the export of butter and cheese unless the exporter paid a charge of Jd per lb on the butter-fat used in the factory. Argument is proceeding.
