FROZEN MEAT PRICES.
Wellington, Oct. 26. The Hon. AV. D. S. Macdonald. Minister in charge of the Imperial Meat Supply, had a conference today with Mr. Triggs, head of the Meat Supply Department, Dr. Reakes. director of the Live Stock Division, the Board of Trade, the Board of Agriculture and representatives of the various companies and meat producers in the Dominion. The proposals submitted by the Imperial Board of Trade regarding the storage of meat were considered ;n:d a committee was appointedeto formulaic a reply thereto. The conference continues to-mor-row when the prices offered by British Board of Trade for the coming season s meat supply will be discussed.
