WHEAT AND FLOUR. (Received 23, 9.45 a.m.) London, Oct. 22. The quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2.525,000 quarters and for the Continent 3,305,000 quarters. Atlantic shipments are 514,000 quarters and Pacific nil. The total shipments to Europe during the week were 1,590,000 quarters, including Russia 20,000, India 135,000, Argentine 230,000, and Australasian 263,000.
