INTERNATIONAL LAW DISREGARDED London, June 14. Official.—Germany is forcing all Belgians resident in Germany for three years to join the German army. , The Belgian Government has protested to the Allies and neutrals of the breach of the Hague Convention. Spain has taken up the matter on the Belgians’ behalf. THANKSGIVING SERVICE Amsterdam, June 7. Thousands participated in a thanksgiving service on the steps of the Reichstag on Sunday afternoon. The rector spoke of the sea fight, and the choirs sang Durrner’s hymn, “Lord, Come To Us Upon The Sea.” The service concluded with Luther’s “Eine Feste Burgist Unser Gott” (a mighty fortress is our God). The Assembly shouted the last verse beginning, “And Though the World be Full' of Devils.”
