The Fruitgrowers' Conference today discussed the advisableness, or otherwise, of the l eileratmn carrying on business as a trading concern. Mr. Hudson. Finally it was resolved that this conference affirm the principle of trading by the federation : that tinfeneration register under one ef the unclassified Acls for twelve months t‘> enable the Government tax of I - per acre to be edlceted and the diffcrent associations formed.
