[own correspondent.] St. Peter's Schoolroom was packed on Tuesday evening for a patri otic concert given by juveniles associated with the Band of Hop?, and those attending were rewarded bv a good evening’s enjoyment. Mr. G. Heslcp had the misfortune to lose a valuable sheep dog jester day by a motor ear running over it near tlio gas weeks. These accidents art' becoming all too common, and tiie drivers of motor cars and cycles take little heed of the borough by laws as to speed limit.
