INDIA’S GRANT TO HIS MOTHER. (Received L 10.20 a.m.) London, June 3. The Hon. E. S. Montagu. Undersecretary for India, in reply to Colonel Yate. declared that the Secretary of State would not be justified in asking the Council of India fur larger grants tor Captain Bowers’ mother and sisters.
