TOOLEY STREET TRADERS

(Received 14, 11.5 a.m.) London, March 13.

Sir George Reid cabled to Mr Thomas asking him to publish them. He suggests that if the co-operative societies are unwilling to join in a thorough inquiry into the existing methods, he should be authorised to appoint an impartial commissioner to make inquiry.
