CONVENTION .RATIFIED. Paris, March 8. The Chamber of Deputies ratified the Franco-Spanish Moroccan Convention. The newspapers give prominence to Mr. Churchill’s visit. Speeches in the Chamber attributed the FrancoSpanish Cbnventidn largely to Great Britain’s influence. The French Minister of War denies the abandonment of wounded in Morocco alleged by the newspaper “Humanite.” FRENCH CAMP ATTACKED. NATIVES REPULSED WITH LOSS. (Received 10, 8.4 a.m.) Paris, March 9.
