TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—Now that the (lust nuisance is about again where is that watering cart .' It certainly was conspicuous by its absence in Hcretaunga street yesterday morning, instead of being in its proper place where the crmrwil obtain the bulk of the rates. I v:,-. simply amazed to see the driver dodging along opiietly in the vicinity of the Skating Rink. The business centre is certainly the correct place to receive more attention and from this forward it is hoped the council will see this matter attended to.
