SHOWING THE NEW ELECTOBALYboUNDARIES, ASPASSED BY THE COUNCIL.. 1 ' ' '; ‘ *'■ ' WAIROA DISTRICT-ONE MEMBER -;: Commences at the sea coast at the 39th degree of south latitude, following the sea coast in an easterly and southerly direction to the mouth of the Waihua then up the Waihua'until 1 it strikes the northern boundary of the Province and along that boundary to the starting point at the sea coast. ■mohaka district—one member Commences at the sea coast on. the mouth of the Waihua River follows along the sea coast in a south-westerly direction to the mouth of the Waikari River and up that river to its source and thence by a line bearing north to the northern boundary of the Province and along that boundary to the source of the Waihua and down that river to its mouth at the starting point. PETANE DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at'the, sea coast at Waikari River following the sea coast to the Northern side of Alfred-street Meanee Spit Town of Napier following that street in a westerly direction into Ahuriri Harbor and crossing the Ahuriri Harbor to Waikokopu being the southern boundary of Captain Carter’s run thence in a straight line bearing west to the Mangaone following up the Mangaone to the mouth of the Manga-rangiora thence up that creek to the south-eastern boundary of the Pakiaka Block thence following in a straight line in a westerly direction al.pngi ,thtr southern boundary of the Pakiaka Block to the Waipuna Stream up that stream to the Pohui Bush thence along the eastern boundary of that bush to the Taupe road and along that , road to. the Mohaka River crossing the Mohaka River andthence in a westerly direction by that road until it strikes the northern boundary of the Province thence along the northern boundary of the Province .fto the southern boundary of the Mohaka District thence along that boundary to the starting point -at the mouth of the Waikari at the sea coast. ■ - . . .; %- NAPIFR COUNTRY—TWO MEMBERS Commences at Waikokopu the boundary of the Petane District on the Ahuriri Harbor crossing in a straight line along the boundary of that district to the northern side of Alfred-street Meanee Spit Town of Napier then across the Ahuriri Harbor to Pandora Point thence along the beach line to the southern boundary of the Town of Napier at the south-west corner of section 586 thence along the town boundary to the sea coast thence along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the mouth of the Ngaruroro River up that river to the mouth of the Tutaekuri Waimate and up that stream to the south-western boundary of the Papakura Block thence along the western boundary of that block to the Omalm Road and across that road by a line due north to the Tutaekuri or Meanee River thence up that river to that point in its course where it intersects the western boundary of the Province thence along the western and northern boundary to the Taupo Road the southern boundary of the Petane District thence along that boundary to the starting point. PORT AHURIRI DISTRICT —ONE MEMBER Commences at the sea beach at the north-west corner of Alfred-street Meanee Spit Town of Napier runs along Alfred-street to the Napier Harbor thence in a straight line to Pandora Point thence in a northerly direction along Hyderabadroad to Battery-road and along Battery-road to the south-east corner of Town Section No. 451 and thence along the road fronting Town Sections 451 454 455 and 456 to the sea beach at the east corner or Battery Reserve and along the sea-shore in a westerly direction to the Pilot Reserve thence across the sea to the Ferry Reserve Western Spit and along the sea-shore to the starting point at Alfred-street. NORTH SUBURBAN DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at the sea beach at the east corner of Battery Reserve follows along the sea coast iti an easterly and southerly direction to the south-east corner of Suburban Section .89 thence along the eastern and southern boundary of that section to the north-east corner of Suburban Section 88 and thence along the boundary of that section to Shakespeare-road across that road to the Survey Reserve and along the Survey Reserve in a westerly direction to Suburban Section 64 thence along the south-eastern and southern boundary of Suburban Sections 64 and 65 to Town Section 110 thence in a northerly and westerly direction along section 110 to Milton-road thence along Milton-road to Battery-road and by Battery-road along the Eastern boundary of Port ’Ahuriri District to the starting point at Battery Reserve. , . • > SOUTH SUBURBAN DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at the point in the Inner Harbor of the junction of Battery and Milton-roads runs along Battery-road and Hyderabad-road to Carlyle-street thence along Carlyle-street to Faraday-street and along Faraday street to the south-west corner of Suburban Section’ 39 thence along the southern boundary of Suburban Section 39 41 42 and 44 to Town Section 108 thence along the southern boundary of that section to Milton-road and along Milton-road to'the starting point at the junction of Battery-road with Milton-road, CITY EAST DISTRICT—TWO MEMBERS Commences in Milton-road at the south-east corner of Town Section 108 follows along Milton-road to Clive-square thence in a straight line across Clive-square to the centre of Monro-street thence along that street to Hastings-street thence along that street in a southerly direction to the junction of Wellesley-road and Hastings-street thence along the shore of the Ahuriri lagoon to the south boundary of the Town of Napier thence along that boundary to the sea-shore thence along the sea-shore to the south-east corner of Suburban Section 89 thence along the southern boundary of the North Suburban District to the starting point in Milton-road at the south-east corner of Town Section 108. CITY WEST DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences in Milton-road at the south-east comer of Town Section 108 follows by Clive-square along the western boundary of the City East District to the junction to Wellesley-road with Hastings-street thence along Wellesley-road to Thackeray-street thence along that street to Oarlyle-street at the south-east corner of the Town Hall Reserve thence along Carlyle-street to Faraday-street thence along the southern boundary of- the South Suburban District to the starting point in Milton-road. HAVELOCK DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at the Ngarnroro River at the western boundary of the HikiVoto Block follows along the western boundary of that block to the Te Mata Road crosses that, road and continues in a straight line to the Tuki Tuki River follows up that river to the Eastern boundary of the Kohinerakau Block follows along the eastern boundary of that'block the southern and western boundaries of the Te Mata Block to where the Middle Road crosses the Silver Stream thence in a straight line to the junction of the Awanui and Kahumoko streams at Paid Paid follows up the Awanui stream and by the south-eastern boundaries of the Turamoe Peka Peka No, 1 and Mangaroa Blocks to the north-eastern boundary of the Raukawa East Block follows along the north-eastern boundaries of the Raukawa East and West Blocks and the northern boundary of Raukawa West Block to the south-eastern boundary of the Maraekakaho Block follows along the eastern boundary of that Block to the Ngaruroro River and down that river to the starting point. CLIVE DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at the mouth of the Ngarnroro follows along the sea coast in a southerly direction to the Mangakuri Stream thence up that stream to the boundary between Messrs Rhodes’ and Russell’s runs thence along that boundary to the Mangarara thence down that stream to the Tuki Tuki thence down that river to Matahiwi at the boundary of the Havelock District thence along the eastern boundary of that district to the Ngaruroro River thence down that river to the starting point at its mouth, HASTINGS DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at the junction of the Tutaekuri Waimate with the Ngaruroro River follows up that river to Omaomakui crossing it at that point then following along the eastern boundary of the Maraekakaho Block to the boundary between Messrs M { Lean’s and Mason’s runs follows along that boundary in a south-westerly direction to the Manga-o-nnku Stream follows up that stream ami along the northern boundary of G. G. Carlyou’s run to the Kereru Bush sections thence along the eastern northern and western boundaries of the Kereru Bush sections and along the boundary between Messrs Williams’ Lyon’s and Duff ’s runs to the western boundary of the Proyince follows along the western boundary of the Province to the Tutaekuri River at the southern boundary of the Napier Country District and along that boundary to Jhe starting point at the junction of the Tutaekuri Waimate with the Ngaruroro River, ' HAMPDEN DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences on the western boundary of the Province at the southern boundary of the Hastings District follows along the southern boundary of that district and down the. Manga-o-nuku. River to. its junction with the Waipawa River across that river to the road leading to Riiataniwha along that road to where it crosses the Waipawamate thence down that stream to its junction with the Tuki Tuki Riyer follows up that river to its source and from thence in a line due west to, the western boundary of the Province and along the western boundary of the Province to the starting point at the southern boundary of the Hastings District. '"TE AUTE DISTRICT—TWO MEMBERS Commences on the Manga-o-nuku River at the boundary between Messrs M'Lean’e and' Mason's runs follows down the Manga-o-nuku to the Waipawa River down that river and the Tuki Tuki to the southern boundary of the Havelock District along that boundary and the south-eastern boundary of the Hastings District to the starting point on the Manga-o-nuku at the boundary between Messrs M'Lean’s and Masonls runs.

Hapuku Block at Bl.apkhead follows along;',", that .boundary ;in| a westerly direction to the; Rotul, thence, along that road to.the, Upokopaowa Stream up that stream and the Mangaongaonga to the Purimu Lake along the north shore of that lake and iip the Purimu Stream to the boundary of the North Porangahau Block and along that boundary in a westerly direction to the Maharakeke down that stream .to the Makaretu and down that stream-to its junction with the Tuki Tuki and up that river to the Waipawamate at the eastern boundary of the Hampden District and along that boundary to the southern boundaries of the Te Aute and Clive Districts to the sea-shore and along the sea-shore to the starting point at the Hapuku line at Blackhead;' - PORANGAHAU DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences on the sea coast at Blackhead at'the southern boundary of the Waipukurau Distiict follows along the sea coast to Waimata at the southern boundary of the Province follows along the southern boundary of the Province to Wahataura and thence by a line bearing north to the northern boundary of the north Porangahau Block at the point'where it strikes the southern boundary of the Waipukurau District following along that boundary to the starting point at Blackhead. !• RUATANIWHA DISTRICT—ONE MEMBER Commences at Wahataura at the southern boundary of the Province at the junction with the Porangahau District thence along the western boundary of that district to the Maraekeke follows down the Maraekeke to the Makaretu down that stream to the Tuki Tuki River thence up the Tuki Tuki and along the southern boundary of the Hampden District to the western boundary of the Province thence along that boundary to the Manawatu Gorge and along the southern boundary of the Province to Wahataura at the starting point;. ,
