COMMERCIAL
At the Sale on Tuesday last at Mr. Sebly’s, Carlyle street, held by Mr. Danvers, there was but a small attendance owing partially to the inclemency of the weather. Chaucer Tavern was bought in at £SOO, up to which price there was some competition. The other landed properties in Dickens street, Abbottsford, &c., were all bought in, there being no buyers except at low figures for speculation. Some light hacks were sold at about £l4 145., and a St. Patrick yearling colt realized £l2.
