FATALITIES.
[press association.] WELLINGTON, Monday, Owen Udy, aged 19, a native of Carterton, was drowned in the Euamahanga river. It is believed that Henry Cadwallader, his uncle, aged 29, who was his partner in a metalling contract, has also been drowned. An old man named Donald Stewart was found dead in his tent at Tiniroto on Sunday. He had been suffering from asthma.
