FBEKCH MINER?. Eecsirsd October 11, 1 s.m, Pakis. October 10. Of 120,000 miners in France 100,000 have struck. But all those at Monoean and the hulk of those at Anzim are still working. The Yellow or non-union syndicate miners have issued a manifesto urging the men not to listen to the union leaders, but to continue work. The Yellow party have distributed 20 revolvers and a thousand csrtridges te each section of tha Anzim non-union ists, with orders that the wespons ate to hs used exclusively to defend their homes.
