CHRISTCHURCH HAGUE HOSPITAL.
[by teleqbaph.] Christchurch, Monday. At the meeting o! the City Council tonight the Hospital Board forwarded an expression of opinion by the honorary medical staff that it would be most inadvisable to ntilise the infectious disease ward at the hospital for any isolated case of bubonio plague. A temporary, inexpensive building that could be destroyed should be erected on some site other than that of the hospital. The Council decided to again write to the Hospital Board, urging that it should proceed with the erection of a plague hospital,
