AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE.
BRITISH MINISTER'S STATEMENT. THRONE IN SYMPATHY WITH THE BOXERS. CONDONES THE REBELLION. Boceived June 12, 1 a.m. London, Jane 11. Sir Claude Maodonald, British Minister at Peking, has telegraphed :— " The Throne strongly sympathises with the Boxers. The spirit of the native troops is doubtful. The Tsungli-Yamen does not intend the summary repression of the Boxers."
