A SERIOUS ASSAULT.
Wellington, Tuesday. Henry Clements, wharf laborer, has been arrested for seriously wounding a woman, Elizabeth M'Kenna. They were living together and quarrelled. The woman was found with severe wounds in the head, apparently inflicted with a tomahawk. '
