[by teleqeaph.] Dunedin, Saturday. The seventh annual interprovincinl race meeting of the Otago Cycling Club was held on the Caledonian grounds today. The weather was fine, and there was a very good attendance. In the final heat of the One Mile Bicycle Handicap Guuthorpe, Derrett, and Houston came down very heavily, but none of them were seriously hurt. In the Three Mile Championship Bennett also fell after passing the winning post, and A. Kalston ran into the crowd, but neither suffered much by their mix up. Results : — Half Mile Dash. — Gunthorpe, 55yds, 1 ; T, Ralston, 10yds, 2 s D. Taylor, 70yds, 3. Won by a foot. Time, lmin 4sec. 220 Yards Plat Handicap.— S. Jacobs, 16yds, and C. H. Mirams, 16yds (equal), 1 ; W. Morrison, 16yds, 3. Time, 23 l-sth sec. Otago Wheel Eace, 2 miles ; first prize .£3O, second .£lO, third £5, fourth .Sl.— First heat : G. Sutherland, scratch, 1 ; A. E. Barker, scratch, 2 ; A. Jones, 50yds,. 3; W. Tierney, 40yds, 4. Five others started. Time, 40inin 51seo. Second heat: H. W, Aker, MOyds, 1; H. Gunthorpe, 159 yds, 2; VV. J. Aitken, 190 yds, 3; W. Foster, 120 yds. 4. Seren others started. Won by a length. Time, 4min 51sec. Third heat: C, C. Derrett, 140 yds, 1; P. George, 107vds, 2; H. Lyons, 170 yds, 3 ; P. C. Caulton, 190 yds, 4. Nine others started, Won by threequarters of a length: Time, 4min 41 2-Gth sec. Final : G. Sutherland (Dunedin), scratch, 1; A. Jones (Honolulu), 50yds, 2 ; W. Tieruey (Thames), 40yds, 3 ; H. W. Aker (Palmerston), 140 yds, 4. Eight others started. At the end of the first mile the men were all riding in single file. At the start of the last lap Tierney bounded away, but was caught and passed in the straight by Sutherland and Jones.. All the placed men finished close together. Time, 4min 32iseo. Ono Mile Bicycle Handicap.— ll. W. Aker, 70yds, 1 ; J. Hemley, 90yds, 2 ; R. Bejrg, 90yds, 3. Won by a length. Time, lmin 34sec. Three Mile Championship. — G, Sutherland 1, A. 0. Middleton 2, M. Bennett 3. N. Ralston, H. AY. Aker, and A Ealston also started. In the last lap a very close race ensued, Sutherland getting in front and winning by a couple of feet, there being little between second and third. Time, 7min 57»seo,
