ESTERHAZY IN PAEIS. ' THE EXILE OF DREYFUS. Received January 20, 9.20 a.m. Paeis, January 19., In consequence of the offioial notification thatEsterhazy would not be arrested if he presented himself in Paris to give evidence before the Court of Cassation he has now returned to France. * General Mercier has been again inter' viewed frith regard to the Dreyfus case' He asserted that if the Court of Cassation , decided to reverse the sentence of the Court-martial upon Dreyfus the result would be violent disorder throughout France. g, .He also expressed the opinion that no matter what was done by the Court of Cassation Dreyfus would not be allowed ' to return to France.
