SLY GROG CASES.
Auckland, Thursday. In the case of Police v. George Halliday, of Whakapara, Whangarei, charged with sly grog selling, the informations came before Mr Hutchinson, S.M., to-day. Defendant was convicted and fined on the first charge .£2O, on the second ,£lO and costs. In Police v. Josephine A. Taylor, of Kaino, the information was dismissed.
