Captain Gibson, in charge of, naval • affairs here during the Admiral's absence, states the request received from Captain Sturdee for an additional warship at Samoa may be complied with. The Admiral with the flagship Royal Arthur may go, accompanied by another vessel. Nothing is yet known officially on the point.
