; SUGGESTED ADDITIONS. ! [BY TELEQEAPH.] Wellington, Tuesday. ' The Official Assignee has recommended to the Justice Department that provision should be made in the Bankruptcy Act to the effect that whero a married woman enters into a similar business to that carried on by her hußband, within six months of his bankruptcy, she shall give the Assignee, on demand, the fullest information as to the business, and her financial position, and failure to supply such information, or to produce the books when demanded, shall be contempt of Court. The Assignee also suggests that a clause should be added making a married woman with property equally liable with her husband for all supplies, and medical attendance for the family, and giving power to the Assignee to recover.
