Bcceived January 13, 0.10 a.m. Melbourne, Friday. The Conference of Ministers of Agriculture has been opened. The meeting discussed Mr Geddes's scheme to establish frozen meat depots in England, and a reduction in ocean freights, but no decision was arrived at.
